Overland Meal Plan

DAY1
Breakfast - at home
Lunch - pre-packed sandwiches
Dinner - Grilled Chicken Quesadilla, Onions & Peppers & Mexican Rice/Black Beans  
Tortillas, chicken, colby jack, butter, olive oil, onions, red peppers, salsa, sour cream,  garlic salt, cilantro, Pre-pkg rice, a can of black beans


DAY 2 
Breakfast - Ham & Veggie & Cheese Egg Scramble/burrito
Eggs, milk (water), vegis from Day 1 dinner, can of mushrooms, ¼ ham, Tortillas 
Lunch - Chicken Salad Sammie’s 
Chicken from Day 1 dinner, mayo, onion, pita bread, lettuce
Dinner - Ham & Cheesy potatoes, Vegi
Ham from bfast, Colby Cheese, milk, sour cream, potatoes, garlic salti


DAY 3
Breakfast - Pre-cooked Sausage or bacon, Fried Eggs, Croissants
Eggs, sausage, bacon, croissants
Lunch - Hot Ham & Cheese Croissants (cooked in Jeep Engine)
Leftover Day 2 ham, colby jack cheese, croissants
Dinner - Sausage/cabbage/onion/peppers/potatoes foil packets 
Polish Sausage, potatoes, onions, peppers, cabbage, butter, salt. Pepper, garlic salt


DAY 4
Breakfast -  Scrambled eggs, Day 3 Polish Sausage & Potatoes
Eggs, milk, Day 3 polish sausage, day 3 veggies & potatoes
Lunch - left overs heated in Jeep Engine  
Dinner - Tacos in a bag
Hamburger, taco seasoning, cheese, lettuce, onions, salsa, sour cream, sm bag doritos   


DAY 5 
Breakfast - Egg burritos
Leftover meat, cheese, vegis, eggs, tortillas
Lunch - Egg Salad Sammies
Hard boil eggs in am, mayo, lettuce, croissants  
Dinner - Beef Stew Foil Packet
Beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, peas, canned tomatoes, beef gravy


Dinner -  Grilled Flatbread Pizza
Dinner - Southwest Chicken w/black beans, corn, red pepper Foil Packet
Dinner - BBQ Chicken w/red onion, red pepper, pineapple Foil Packet
Dinner - Pie Iron pizza sammies


Campfire Potatoes
14 small red potatoes cut in half/quarters
4 garlic cloves
1/2 can of beer
15 oz spicy diced tomatoes 
Whole basil leaves or sprig of rosemary
Put in a water tight aluminum foil pouch on campfire coals or closed grill for 40 minutes turning once. 


Back Up Food - Food to have if you misplace. run out of food, stuck on the trails a few extra days, your food spoils or other possible reasons. You want this food to be long expiring foods. Dry food, canned food anything that lasts long. Just in Case food - Beef stew, Bean & Ham Soup,   


On the Go Foods, good for quick lunch stops or if you don’t feel like getting all the cooking stuff out. On the Fly Food - Sandwiches, Cheese & crackers,
