Crock Pot Beef & Tomatoes
This recipe is so simple and easy!
It takes only about five minutes of prep time.
1 can of diced
tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
I like to sneak in finely chopped spinach. My kids never know.
Simmer all
ingredients on low for 6 to 7 hours in a crock pot. Serve with wild rice and your favorite green vegetable.
