Every Jeep Wrangler driver should know these three adjustments:

• Adjust the seat forward and backward
• Recline the seatback
• Adjust the driver's seat height

Forward / Rearward Seat Adjustment

The front seat can be adjusted forward or backward using the bar located at the front of the seat cushion. Pull up on the bar and use body pressure to slide the seat forward or rearward until you reach a comfortable position.

Front Seatback Recline 

Leaning slightly forward, lift the recline handle on the side of the seat. Lean back until you reach your desired recline angle, then release the handle to lock it in place.

Seat Height Adjustment (Driver's Seat Only)

Only the driver's seat height can be adjusted on most Jeep Wrangler models. Use the ratcheting handle on the outboard side of the seat. Pull up on the handle to raise the seat. and push down to lower the seat.
